No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, like any web page. Nothing to download, no account to create, and no details to hand over to look at the menu or place an order.

For the menu and guest ordering, nothing beyond the QR codes on the tables — we produce those ready to print. For waiter order-taking you need one device with a browser, your own. A thermal printer in the kitchen and a card terminal are optional additions. We do not sell a machine of our own and do not tie you to one.

Yes, thermal printers. You define stations — kitchen, bar, grill — and every menu category belongs to one, so each item prints where it is made. The number of printers is not capped, and every order records whether it printed.

No. Categories, sub-categories, items, photographs and edits are unlimited. There is no plan that gives you "up to so many items".

Yes. The order-taking side runs on its own, alongside whatever you already use: the guest orders, the order reaches the kitchen, and you keep issuing documents exactly as you do today. The e-invoicing link is added later, if and when you want it.

Through a certified e-invoicing provider — we support eight, so usually you connect the one you already have. The receipt or invoice is built from the order itself the moment the bill is closed and filed automatically, with no second entry. You can see, document by document, whether it was filed.

Yes. You connect your own account with one of the supported providers, so the money lands where it lands today. If you do not have one, we can set one up for you.

Orders the waiter takes are stored on the device and sync by themselves the moment the network returns, with nothing lost. Payments and document issuing do need a connection: the provider and the tax authority are online services and cannot be faked locally.

Far enough that it looks like your place. You pick one of three ways to browse, your own colours set separately for the menu and for ordering, the typeface, the logo and the cover — and you see the result in a live preview before saving it. There is a festive snow effect for Christmas too.

The catalogue and its prices are published from Scan2Order out to the platforms, so nothing is typed twice, and their orders arrive in the same list as your own. Note that one price per item is published today: a separate delivery price does not exist yet.

Each venue has its own menu, its own look, its own tables and its own till, under the same account. Staff get permissions per role and per venue, so each person sees only what concerns them.

No. The base is the digital menu, and from there you add only what you need: order taking, waiter calls, payments, e-invoicing, translations, delivery. A beach bar does not need invoicing; a taverna doing delivery needs it from day one.
